Kikkake Creation launches new recruitment product KIKKAKE CAREER STAGE
Kikkake Creation has launched ‘KIKKAKE CAREER STAGE’, a new recruitment product designed to build candidate engagement through ‘HR entertainment’. The initiative aims to address the growing IT talent shortage in Japan, which the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry estimates could reach 790,000 people by 2030.
The first program, scheduled for September 12, 2026, is an online ‘IT/DX Consultant 1-day Special Selection Session’ held in collaboration with Quants Consulting. The event will feature a talk session with former TBS announcer Risa Unai, focusing on the theme of ‘Communication Skills in the AI Era’.
The program is structured into three parts: a celebrity-led talk session, the creation of media content from the event to serve as long-term recruitment assets, and a one-day selection process. It targets professionals with at least two years of experience in system development, IT consulting, or project management.
