Kim Caldwell focuses on culture with new Tennessee Lady Vols roster

Tennessee Lady Vols head coach Kim Caldwell is entering her third year leading the women's basketball program with an entirely new roster. Speaking at the SEC Tipoff event in Birmingham, Alabama, Caldwell emphasized the opportunity that a complete roster turnover provides for establishing a new team culture and setting specific standards from the outset.

Caldwell noted that the new players are eager to learn and adapt to the coaching staff's expectations. She highlighted that the team is already showing an identity centered on high-effort plays, such as competing for 50-50 balls, taking charges, and securing offensive rebounds.
