Kim Ji-won donates 100 million won to Seoul National University Children's Hospital

South Korean actress Kim Ji-won has donated 100 million won to Seoul National University Children's Hospital to support children suffering from severe rare diseases and to improve hospital facilities.

The donation, made on August 7, is intended to fund medical expenses for low-income patients and support projects aimed at improving the ward environment. Kim stated that her decision to donate was inspired by her experiences while filming the upcoming SBS drama ‘Doctor X: Age of the White Mafia’, where she encountered the stories of medical staff and sick children.

Seoul National University Children's Hospital expressed gratitude, noting that the funds will be used to help families struggling with medical costs and to ensure children can focus on their treatment in a safe and comfortable environment.
