Kim Ji Won stars in new SBS drama teaser for Doctor X

SBS has released the first teaser for the upcoming drama ‘Doctor X’, starring Kim Ji Won. The teaser has generated significant social media attention due to Kim’s portrayal of Gye Soo Jung, a genius surgeon characterized as a ‘dark hero’ with a cold and unpredictable personality.

In the footage, Gye Soo Jung is depicted as a decisive surgeon in the operating room. The character is described by Jang Hee Sook (Lee Jung Eun), head of a medical staffing company, as their ‘number one ace’. The teaser also introduces other key figures, including hospital director Bu Seung Kwon (Son Hyun Joo) and intern Park Tae Kyung (Kim Woo Seok), the latter of whom describes the protagonist as being ‘like a god, or perhaps a monster’.
