Kim Kardashian discusses parenting and nanny support

Kim Kardashian has shared details regarding her parenting approach and household management in a recent interview with The Sunday Times. To balance her professional commitments with raising her four children—North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm—she employs a team of five nannies. Her system involves one nanny on duty at all times, while the other four work on a rotational basis.

Despite this support, Kardashian emphasizes her active role in her children's daily routines, including school drop-offs, pickups, and nightly family dinners and reading sessions. She describes herself as an “intermediate-strict” parent who strives to be patient and loving while teaching her children the importance of hard work and gratitude to ensure they do not take their privilege for granted.

Kardashian also addressed the challenges of raising children in the public eye. She noted that she and her ex-husband, Kanye West, maintain communication to ensure they are aligned regarding their eldest daughter North's burgeoning interest in music and fashion. She stated that they work together to approve any professional projects North undertakes.
