Kim Kardashian’s former Beverly Hills estate listed for $8.5 million

A Tuscan-style villa in the Beverly Crest neighborhood of Beverly Hills has been listed for approximately $8.5 million. The gated five-bedroom residence, spanning 4,027 square feet, was one of Kim Kardashian’s earliest real estate acquisitions, purchased in 2010 for $3.4 million.

The property gained public recognition as a frequent setting on the reality series “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” and was the site of Kris Humphries’s televised marriage proposal to Kardashian in 2011. Following the couple’s 72-day marriage, the home was sold.

The current listing features a complete interior overhaul, moving away from its original aesthetic toward a brighter, contemporary design. The estate includes a double-height entry foyer, custom kitchen cabinetry, and a primary suite equipped with a fireplace, two walk-in closets, and a soaking tub.
