Kim Min-guk reacts to father Kim Seong-ju's jokes on social media

Kim Min-guk, son of broadcaster Kim Seong-ju, engaged in a humorous social media exchange following comments made on the MBC program ‘Star Instructor RESCENE’. During the broadcast, Wony, a member of the girl group RESCENE, revealed that she had watched the show ‘Dad! Where Are We Going?’ with the childhood dream of marrying Kim Min-guk.

In response to the revelation, Kim Seong-ju jokingly criticized his son, stating that Kim Min-guk has “become a scoundrel” and rarely comes home. Kim Min-guk reacted to these comments through a series of 13 Instagram stories, playfully protesting his father’s remarks. He joked that his life was finally beginning to bloom after 23 years, only for his father to label him a scoundrel, adding, “Remember, the greatest enemy is always from within.”

Kim Min-guk clarified that his lengthy and dramatic responses were all in jest. He expressed gratitude to Wony for her kind words and stated he would support her as a fan rather than a partner.
