Kim Soo-hyun returns to South Korean public eye at The Fact Music Awards

The 9th The Fact Music Awards (TMA) took place at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium, featuring 17 musical groups. The event marked the first public appearance in South Korea for actor Kim Soo-hyun following an approximately 18-month hiatus from the entertainment industry. Appearing as an award presenter in a black suit, Kim presented the ‘TMA Popularity Award’ to Lim Young-woong and expressed his passion for K-Pop.

In the awards ceremonies, the boy group RIIZE secured the night's highest honor, the ‘Annual Muse Award’, and was also named Artist of the Year. CORTIS emerged as a major winner, taking home three awards: ‘Album of the Year’, Artist of the Year, and ‘Next Leader’.

Other notable winners included ATEEZ, which received the ‘Annual Icon Award’, and NMIXX, which won ‘Voice of the Year’. TREASURE was honored with the World Best Performer award, while BTS and member Jin also received accolades. The ceremony was hosted by Jun Hyun-moo and Girls' Generation's Seohyun.
