KJ Biermann granted $200,000 bond amid felony sexual assault charges

Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., the 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, has been granted a $200,000 bond in Georgia following a seven-count felony indictment. The charges stem from an alleged April 2026 sexual assault of a female classmate at an Alpharetta fitness center. The indictment includes counts of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, and false imprisonment.

During a bond hearing in Fulton County Superior Court, prosecutors introduced additional allegations, stating that investigators found videos on Biermann’s phone depicting sexual activity with a family member under the age of 12. Prosecutors characterized the language in the recordings as “predatory, derogatory.” Biermann’s legal team has disputed these characterizations, describing the prior matter as “inappropriate, crude behavior involving two middle-schoolers” that did not result in an adjudication for sexual offenses.

Under the terms of his release, Biermann must reside at his mother’s home, wear a GPS ankle monitor, and attend school virtually. He is also prohibited from using a cellphone or social media and is barred from contacting the alleged victim or any individuals under the age of 16. His defense is currently seeking to have the case transferred to juvenile court.
