Kimball Arts Festival announces 2026 Best in Show winners

The 57th annual Kimball Arts Festival in Park City, Utah, concluded with the announcement of 16 Best in Show recipients selected from nearly 200 participating artists. The awardees receive automatic acceptance and waived application fees for the following year.

Top honors included the Overall Artist Best in Show awarded to Pennsylvania-based pastel artist R. Michael Wommack, whose dreamlike works are inspired by childhood memories and suburban landscapes. The Local Artist award was presented to Heber City photographer Johnny Adolphson, while the Emerging Artist award went to jeweler Paxton Juhlin.

The weekend-long event featured an open-air gallery on Main Street, live music, and various workshops, serving as a signature community celebration of creativity.
