Kimi Antonelli and Mercedes ordered to disclose contracts in legal dispute

A legal dispute involving Formula 1 driver Kimi Antonelli and his former manager, Giovanni Minardi, has expanded to include the Mercedes racing team. The Bologna court has ordered both Antonelli and Mercedes to produce all existing contracts and detailed accounting records regarding payments made to the driver.

The lawsuit stems from the unilateral termination of the management agreement between Antonelli and Minardi Management. Minardi, who discovered Antonelli's talent in 2014, is seeking between 10 and 20 percent of the earnings Antonelli has accrued, including salaries and performance-based bonuses.

Mercedes has been formally drawn into the proceedings, and the court has addressed the order to the team’s executive director, Toto Wolff. Failure to comply with the court's order could result in administrative fines for the team. The next hearing is scheduled for November 19.
