Kincora Copper reports significant copper-gold drilling progress
Kincora Copper Limited has reported significant progress in its copper-gold exploration activities at the Nevertire South and Nyngan licences. These sites are part of the Northern Junee-Narromine Belt (NJNB) project within the Macquarie Arc.
Drilling at the Nevertire South porphyry complexes has identified copper and gold grades that suggest proximity to porphyry system centres. Scout drilling at the southern strike revealed four potential new complexes, indicating province-scale potential across a prospective strike exceeding 40 kilometres. Additionally, scout drilling has resumed at Nyngan, targeting the Ace of Spades and Gerar prospects.
The projects are subject to earn-in and joint venture agreements with AngloGold Ashanti Australia Limited. Under these agreements, AngloGold Ashanti has the right to invest up to A$100 million across five adjacent licences within Kincora’s NJNB portfolio, which spans over 100 kilometres. Kincora manages these programs and receives a 10% management fee.
