King Charles III plans sentimental gift for Princess Lilibet

King Charles III has reportedly planned a sentimental gift for his granddaughter, Princess Lilibet, following a recent private family reunion. The intended gift is a personalized, handmade wooden swing, similar to one previously given to Prince George.

Royal expert Tom Quinn noted that while the monarch intended to provide this gift, he had previously indicated it would only be given once the publicized family disputes between the King and Prince Harry had subsided. The prospect of the gift seemed uncertain following the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's move to California, as the King had seen little of his grandchildren.

However, the situation has shifted following a private visit to Highgrove House in July. During this meeting, King Charles reportedly reunited with Prince Harry, Meghan, Prince Archie, and Princess Lilibet. This gathering marked a significant moment, as it was understood to be the first time the King had seen Archie and Lilibet in person in four years.
