King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard host Field of Vision II festival in Colorado

The Australian band King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard hosted the second annual Field of Vision music festival at Meadow Creek in Buena Vista, Colorado, from August 14th to 16th. The three-day event featured multiple headlining sets and a diverse program including yoga, art, and communal activities.

During the festival, the group premiered their new album, ‘Alien Metal’, which marks their first fully electronic release. The album features analog synth work and hard techno-adjacent sounds. Performances included an improvised electronic modular synthesizer set by frontman Stu Mackenzie.
