King Gnu releases opening theme for new Ghost in the Shell TV series

Japanese band King Gnu released the track “GO GHOST” as the opening theme for the newly launched TV anime Ghost in the Shell. The song, blending alt‑rock, pop and hip‑hop elements, is now available worldwide and coincides with the group’s 10th‑anniversary projects.

Band leader Daiki Tsuneta also provided the series’ ending theme “Blue” through his other musical collective Millennium Parade, marking the first occasion both King Gnu and Millennium Parade have supplied theme songs for the same anime. The anime streams exclusively in the United States on Prime Video.
