Kinga Duda involved in car collision on S7 expressway

Kinga Duda, daughter of former Polish President Andrzej Duda, was involved in a car collision on the S7 expressway near Szewce in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship on Sunday evening, September 20.

While driving a Jaguar toward Warsaw, the 31-year-old driver lost control of the vehicle due to heavy rain and slippery road conditions. The car veered off the road and struck energy-absorbing barriers. Emergency services arrived at the scene around 9:00 PM, finding the driver conscious. She was transported to a hospital for medical examination, though authorities confirmed her life and health were not in danger.

Police confirmed the driver was sober and traveling alone. While official police reports did not initially name the driver, media outlets identified her as Kinga Duda. Following medical consultations, she was able to leave the hospital. Police are currently reviewing documentation to determine whether the incident will be officially classified as a collision or a traffic accident.
