The league is a joint venture between Sarg Sports Investment, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund, and the Kings League founded by Gerard Piqué.

The upcoming season will feature 10 teams representing various Arab football markets, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco, Jordan, Kuwait, and Qatar. The competition will involve football stars and content creators, with matches hosted at the Boulevard Riyadh City's Colosseum Arena.
