Kingsmen Resources consolidates silver-gold assets in Mexico

Kingsmen Resources (TSXV: KNG) has consolidated several former producing brownfield properties in the Parral District of Chihuahua, Mexico, under a single entity. The company reports having over 13 million CAD in cash and a capital structure consisting of 34.5 million shares.

At the Las Coloradas flagship project, recent drilling results identified silver equivalent grades of up to 931 g/t over 1.60 meters. The current drilling program is focused on testing the Soledad and Soledad II vein systems, as well as tectonic structural intersections, to expand known silver mineralization.

The company is also developing the Almoloya project, where historical mining ceased in the 1920s due to groundwater levels, leaving underlying sulfide and CRD systems untouched. A primary drilling program for Almoloya is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
