Kingspan Group projects €10bn revenue as data‑center demand drives growth

Irish building‑materials specialist Kingspan Group said it is on track to break €10 billion in annual revenue for the first time, after reporting an 8 % rise in H1 sales to €4.86 billion and a 9 % increase in EBITDA to €626 million. Trading profit grew 10 % to €487 million and net debt fell to €1.86 billion. The company lifted its full‑year profit outlook by 18 % to about €1.13 billion, citing a surge in demand for data‑center construction. Its Advysys data‑infrastructure business posted 34 % sales growth and saw order intake and backlog more than double, driven by hyperscale cloud providers. Kingspan is expanding manufacturing capacity for data‑center envelope products and evaluating large‑scale deals. Shares jumped roughly 20 % on the news. The firm expects the higher order backlog to translate into continued revenue acceleration in the second half of the year.
