Kingston hosts various Halloween events and festivals

Kingston, Jamaica, is preparing for the Scream Halloween 5 Festival, which includes a special movie night featuring ‘Obsession’ at Ribbiz Ultra Lounge on October 22. Sponsored by Espolòn Tequila, this event serves as a lead-up to the main festival scheduled for October 31 at Mas Camp. Organizers have partnered with local costume stores Kitty Designs, Fete Essenz, and Party Experience to provide discounts to festival ticket holders.

In Kingston, Ontario, several seasonal attractions are also scheduled. Fort Fright will transform Fort Henry into a haunted attraction featuring animatronics and costumed performers throughout October. Guided tours, including the Original Haunted Walk in Sydenham Ward and the Ghosts of Queen’s University tour, will explore the city’s darker history.

Other local activities include the ‘Sapphic Frights’ queer Halloween party at Something in the Water Brewing on October 30, and the ‘Sips and Spirits 2: Choose Your Nightmare’ event at the Canadian Museum of Health Care on October 29.
