The event, organized by the Kinmen County Government, the Overseas Community Affairs Council, and the Kinmen Overseas Chinese Association, featured discussions and cultural performances at National Quemoy University.

During the event, the Kinmen Overseas Chinese Association honored five individuals with the ‘Long-term Contribution Award’ for their dedication to overseas community affairs and cultural preservation.
