Kinmen County Government launches building management training

The Kinmen County Government is conducting a series of training seminars to improve the quality of urban planning and building management. Starting October 8, the sessions aim to help public sector employees, architects, and industry professionals master the latest laws and practical application procedures.

Topics include building permit application processes, land use zoning controls, and paperless operations for interior decoration. Subsequent sessions will cover subjects such as illegal construction guidance, accessibility regulations, smart and green building applications, residential earthquake insurance, and structural safety assessments for old buildings. The government aims to foster better communication between the public and private sectors to ensure a safe and high-quality built environment.
