Kinnevik CFO Caspar Sjöstrand purchases 73,000 shares
Caspar Sjöstrand, the acting Chief Financial Officer of investment company Kinnevik, has purchased 73,000 B-shares in the company. The transaction, totaling approximately 4.7 million SEK at a price of 64.79 SEK per share, took place on October 19.
This insider purchase follows a shift in sentiment from Ålandsbanken, which recently removed the “uninvestable” label from Kinnevik. While the bank did not issue a formal buy recommendation, analysts noted that the appointment of new CEO Helena Saxon has led to a more positive outlook. Kinnevik currently trades at a significant discount to its net asset value.
Kinnevik reported a net asset value of 29.8 billion SEK for the third quarter of 2026, or 108 SEK per share. Despite growth in health, bio, and software holdings, the net asset value remained 17 percent below its level at the start of the year.
