Kinokuniya announces final Suica Penguin collaboration mascot bag

Kinokuniya has announced its final collaboration product with the Suica Penguin, a mascot bag scheduled for release in late October. The palm-sized plush features a carabiner and a ribbon in Kinokuniya’s brand colors, designed to be carried during daily travel or shopping.

The mascot bag includes functional details such as a miniature Kinokuniya eco-bag draped over its shoulder and the ability to retrieve a folded eco-bag from its back. This release marks the end of the partnership between Kinokuniya and the character, as the Suica Penguin is set to graduate from its role as the Suica image character in March 2027.
