Kinépolis Valencia celebrates 25 years of cinema

Kinépolis Valencia, located in the Heron City leisure center in Paterna, is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Since opening in 2001, the cinema complex has hosted over 35 million spectators and screened 6,938 feature films.

To mark the milestone, a special celebration will take place on Saturday, September 26. The event will include gifts, animations, and surprises for moviegoers. A highlight of the festivities is a free concert by the Film Symphony Orchestra, which will perform iconic film scores starting at 20:00 in the central plaza of Heron City.

Over its history, the complex has established itself as a regional leader in cinema technology, having introduced laser halls, 4DX sensory seating, and the first IMAX with Laser in the Valencian Community.
