Kintamani coffee farmers receive new fermentation technology
Coffee farmers in the Kintamani region of Bangli are receiving technological support to improve the quality and consistency of Arabica coffee production. A collaborative team from Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha and Universitas Warmadewa has provided specialized post-harvest technology to coffee business units in Belantih Village.
To mitigate the risks of fermentation failure caused by conventional processing methods, the Belantih Coffee Farm received four Kegland FermZilla Gen3 Tri-Conical fermentation tanks. These transparent, high-capacity units allow for visual, hygienic, and measurable monitoring of the fermentation process, helping farmers maintain stable quality control and market competitiveness.
