Kinton Ramen expands food court presence in Metro Vancouver

Kinton Ramen is expanding its quick-service food court concept within Metro Vancouver. The Japanese ramen chain has recently announced a new location at The City of Lougheed food court in Burnaby.

This marks the brand’s third food court stall opening in a single year, following previous locations at Waterfront Centre in downtown Vancouver and Coquitlam Centre. The food court model utilizes a different operational strategy than its traditional sit-down restaurants, featuring self-serve kiosks, digital queue displays, and a pickup system based on numbers. The menu includes pork, beef, and chicken ramen, alongside grab-and-go options like onigiri.
