KION Group lowers 2026 forecast amid weak order intake

KION Group, a provider of material handling and intralogistics solutions, is facing challenges following weak order intake in the third quarter. The company has lowered its forecast for the 2026 fiscal year after preliminary figures missed market expectations.

In response to these developments, the analysis house MPCM lowered its price target for KION stock from 61.00 to 58.00 euros, while maintaining a ‘Buy’ rating. Analyst Stefan Augustin noted that a strong fourth quarter is necessary for the company to reach its annual targets. Additionally, Bernstein Research recently reduced its price target for the stock from 58.00 to 56.00 euros.

KION is scheduled to release its quarterly report for the period ending September 30, 2026, on October 29, 2026.
