Kioxia to Supply Official Gaming SSDs for 2026 Asian Games in Japan

Kioxia Corporation announced a partnership agreement with the Aichi‑Nagoya Asian Games and Asian Para Games Organising Committee. Under the deal, Kioxia will serve as the Official Gaming SSD provider for the 20th Asian Games and the 5th Asian Para Games, both scheduled for 2026 in Aichi Prefecture and Nagoya, Japan. The company will supply its EXCERIA PRO G2 SSD, a high‑performance personal SSD, as a Tier‑4 official supplier for the events. The contract runs from the signing date on 24 June 2026 until 31 December 2026. The Asian Games, returning to Japan after 32 years, will feature eSports as an official medal sport, with competitions across 11 disciplines and 13 titles.
