KIOXIA tops internal SSD sales rankings in Japan

According to Sofmap.com sales data for the period of August 1 to August 15, 2026, the KIOXIA EXCERIA PLUS G4 2TB model topped the internal SSD sales rankings. This PCIe 5.0 compatible model features maximum read speeds of 10,000 MB/s and maximum write speeds of 8,200 MB/s.

Western Digital dominated the subsequent positions in the top five. The WD_BLACK SN7100 2TB model ranked second, followed by the 4TB version in third place, and the 500GB version in fourth place.
