Kirana Clinic suspends doctor over lewd messages to influencer

An obstetrician-gynecologist, identified as Muhammad Iqbal, has been suspended by Kirana Clinic following allegations of sending inappropriate and lewd direct messages to influencer Leonakanza.

Leonakanza shared screenshots of the messages on Instagram, which quickly went viral. The influencer reported that the doctor subsequently blocked her on social media and failed to respond to inquiries made to his workplace.

Management at Kirana Clinic confirmed the doctor's employment and stated that while the messages were considered private actions outside his professional environment, they have taken steps to address the matter. The clinic has requested that the doctor provide a public clarification as a matter of professional responsibility.

In a controversial response to the viral incident, Leonakanza expressed that she felt she deserved the treatment due to her choice of clothing and content, while also apologizing for the public commotion caused by the situation.
