Kirinzan Shuzo releases three-year aged seasonal sake ‘Koyo’

Kirinzan Shuzo Co., Ltd. has announced the release of its seasonal limited-edition sake, ‘Kirinzan Koyo’ (Momiji).

This Junmai Daiginjo Genshu is a product that has undergone low-temperature aging for over three years. It is brewed using 100% ‘Koshi Tanrei’ rice from the Okuaga region and is described as having a moist and mellow flavor profile suitable for autumn cuisine.

The product is available in 1,800ml and 720ml bottles, with shipments beginning sequentially from October 6, 2026.
