Kirkkonummi launches municipal service customer surveys

The municipality of Kirkkonummi is conducting several customer satisfaction surveys to improve local public services.

One survey focuses on catering services within schools and daycares. Running from September 28 to October 11, 2026, the initiative seeks feedback from students, high schoolers, and guardians regarding meal quality and service development. Johanna Tuppurainen, Service Director for cleaning and catering, stated that the goal is to identify strengths and weaknesses to ensure meals meet nutritional recommendations and student expectations.

A second survey targets early childhood education and care services. Open from September 29 to October 12, 2026, this survey is directed at families using both municipal and private services, including daycare centers and family day care. The municipality aims to use the gathered data to enhance the quality and effectiveness of early childhood education in the region.
