Kirti Kulhari cyber fraud credit‑card scam Mumbai police ₹2.4 lakh loss

Bollywood actress Kirti Kulhari was targeted by a cyber fraud in Mumbai, resulting in unauthorized international transactions that drained approximately ₹2.43 Lakh from her credit card within minutes. The actress received an alert while watching a film in Andheri West, immediately contacted her bank to block the card, and filed a complaint at Amboli Police Station.

Mumbai’s cyber crime unit has registered an FIR against unidentified persons and is tracing the perpetrators through bank records and digital footprints, suspecting the use of malware or spyware to compromise her mobile phone and card details.
