Kirtti Anand Leads Indian Yoga School PH Expansion in the Philippines

Internationally trained yoga teacher Kirtti Anand, originally from Rishikesh, India, has been appointed lead yogi at Indian Yoga School PH in Taytay, Rizal, Philippines. Anand brings over seven years of experience in Hatha yoga, breathwork, meditation and yoga therapy, aiming to deliver authentic, lineage‑backed instruction to Filipino practitioners. He said, "Yoga is more than physical posture; it is a science of living," and added, "I am committed to delivering a transformative, authentic experience to our students in the Philippines."

Separately, a 200‑hour Yoga Teacher Training program in Rishikesh, India, is highlighted as a globally recognised certification for aspiring instructors. The intensive course covers yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation, pranayama and teaching methodology, and is promoted as the foundational step for those wishing to teach yoga internationally or deepen their practice. Rishikesh, often called the "Yoga Capital of the World," provides a serene Himalayan setting for immersive learning.
