Police in Kisoro District, Uganda, are investigating two separate suspected suicide cases involving men found hanging in their homes.

On September 6, 2026, 33-year-old Mbonyebyombi Brian was found by his wife in Chahi Village. Preliminary reports suggest the deceased had previously attempted self-harm, particularly following excessive alcohol consumption.
