Kitchen appliances: Air fryers and countertop convection ovens
Air fryers have become a common kitchen appliance due to their practicality and ability to cook a wide variety of foods, including meats, vegetables, pastries, and breads, using high-temperature air circulation with little to no oil.
As an alternative for small kitchens, countertop convection ovens offer more power and capacity than standard air fryers. For example, the SOGO countertop oven features six cooking functions—defrost, grill, roast, fan, toast, and rotisserie—and allows temperature regulation between 40 and 240 °C. Unlike many air fryer models, these ovens often include interior lighting and double-glazed doors to maintain heat.
