Kitrat Panphet leads Royal Thai Police retirement ceremony

Pol. Gen. Kitrat Panphet, the Commissioner General of the Royal Thai Police, presided over a retirement ceremony and parade for himself and other retiring officers for the 2026 fiscal year. The event took place at the Sriyanon Training Ground at the Royal Police Cadet Academy in Nakhon Pathom province.

The ceremony included a military parade and the lowering of the Phitak Santi Rat flag. During his farewell address, Pol. Gen. Kitrat reflected on his 38-year career, describing the role of a police officer as an honorable duty to maintain peace and protect the lives and property of the citizens.

He urged the next generation of officers to uphold core values, including loyalty to national institutions, honesty, sacrifice, and prioritizing the interests of the public.
