KittyClaw evolves from kanban board to AI orchestrator

The development of KittyClaw marks a shift in project management from simple kanban boards to integrated AI orchestration. Previously, AI agents were managed by external Node.js dispatchers that polled APIs and required manual synchronization.

With the latest update, orchestration is now a first-class citizen within the KittyClaw board itself. This integration eliminates the need for separate dispatcher scripts and state files, allowing the tool to run AI agents—such as those from the Aekan fleet—directly through the board's internal infrastructure. This system is currently utilized in production for projects including Bloomii and Kalceo.
