Kiwimoore plans $2 billion Hong Kong IPO for AI chip technology
Shanghai-based chip designer Kiwimoore has confidentially filed for an initial public offering in Hong Kong, targeting a valuation of approximately $2 billion. The company reportedly aims to list in the first half of 2027.
Kiwimoore specializes in networking technology designed to link artificial intelligence accelerators within computing clusters. The firm has positioned itself to benefit from China’s efforts to establish a self-sufficient AI chip supply chain following U.S. export restrictions on advanced technologies.
In a July funding round, the company raised roughly 700 million yuan ($103.79 million) at an 8 billion yuan valuation. CITIC Securities and ABC International have been tapped to lead the upcoming Hong Kong IPO.
