Kizz Daniel reportedly holds massive Nigerian real estate portfolio

Music executive and talent manager Ubi Franklin has claimed that Nigerian singer Kizz Daniel possesses one of the largest real estate portfolios among Nigerian artists. Franklin alleged that the singer’s property holdings are valued between ₦9 billion and ₦10 billion.

Franklin noted that Kizz Daniel has maintained a private approach to his wealth, building his empire without the public fanfare often associated with celebrity luxury. In comparing various Afrobeats stars, Franklin suggested that Davido is the only artist whose real estate holdings come close to Kizz Daniel’s, while noting that Burna Boy is also actively developing his property portfolio.
