KJ Biermann faces strict bond conditions amid felony sexual assault charges

KJ Biermann, the 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, faces seven felony charges, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, and aggravated sexual battery, following an incident involving a classmate.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Melynee Leftridge recently amended Biermann’s $200,000 bond order. Under the new conditions, Biermann must surrender his passport to a pretrial officer before being released from custody. Other strict requirements include wearing an electronic monitoring device, living at his mother’s residence, and attending school virtually. He is also prohibited from using a cellphone or social media, and is barred from any contact with the alleged victim, the victim's associates, or anyone under the age of 16.

Court records also indicate that prior to his arrest, Biermann’s parents were involved in a legal dispute regarding the seizure and inspection of his cellular device during their divorce proceedings.
