KJ Biermann indicted on sexual assault and sodomy charges in Georgia

KJ Biermann, the 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, has been indicted on multiple charges including aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated child molestation, and false imprisonment. The charges stem from an alleged incident involving a female classmate at a fitness club in Alpharetta, Georgia, in April.

Legal experts suggest that if Biermann is granted bond, he will likely face stringent release conditions. These may include GPS monitoring, house arrest, home-based schooling, and mandatory participation in therapy or educational programs. While his attorney, Jason Sheffield, maintains that Biermann is ‘100% innocent’ and claims to have evidence to prove it, legal analysts note that the severity of the charges could lead to decades of imprisonment if a conviction occurs.
