KLab HOMMA Middle East partners with designer Tatsuo Akiba

KLab HOMMA Middle East (KH Living), a joint venture between KLab and HOMMA Group based in Dubai, has entered into a partnership with space designer Tatsuo Akiba of T&C JAPAN. The collaboration aims to redefine luxury residential spaces by integrating architecture, digital technology, and LED displays.

The project seeks to combine HOMMA’s ‘Built-in Intelligence’ smart home system with KLab’s digital spatial art and generative AI visuals. Akiba, an award-winning designer recognized by major international media, will serve as the creative partner providing creative direction for interior spaces that integrate LED imagery with architecture.

KH Living intends to establish a business foundation in the UAE’s luxury housing, hotel, and resort development markets, offering integrated services from design to construction management. The venture focuses on meeting the growing demand for advanced smart home technologies among the global wealthy population.
