Japanese creators debut 'Tokimeki no Kyoten' anime and My Hero Academia game in August 2026

On 3 August 2026, Japanese company Imagica Infos released a new dark‑pop mascot‑idol short‑anime series titled “Tokimeki no Kyoten”. The series, designed by illustrator Tira, follows the alien idol unit “Muumuu Peka” and began streaming on YouTube. A promotional campaign offers signed artwork by voice‑actor boss Okamoto Nobuhiko.

KLab announced that its new mobile game “My Hero Academia UNITED SURVIVAL”, based on the popular anime franchise, will launch worldwide (excluding mainland China) on 6 August 2026. Pre‑registration has exceeded 700,000 users, with additional rewards planned at 800,000. The free‑to‑play title will be available on iOS, Android and Windows and uses an item‑purchase model.
