Klaipėda hosts architectural exhibition for Priešpilio Street redevelopment

An exhibition is currently underway in Klaipėda showcasing the second stage of architectural projects for the Priešpilio Street cultural, business, and residential quarter. The competition, initiated by UAB Elpekas in collaboration with the Lithuanian Architects' Union, presents six different visions for transforming the historical industrial territory into a vibrant urban space while preserving cultural heritage.

The exhibition, located at Priešpilio g. 9, allows the public to compare various approaches to building architecture, functional layouts, public spaces, and the relationship between new structures and existing historical buildings. A public discussion regarding the projects is scheduled for October 23 at 12:30 PM, providing an opportunity for citizens to ask questions and offer feedback on the proposed changes to the area.
