Klaipėda opens Pakrantės parkas along the Danė riverbank

A new public space called Pakrantės parkas has been opened along the Danė riverbank in Klaipėda, near Joniškės Street. The project was completed through a partnership between the Klaipėda City Municipality and the company SBA Home.

The renovation included expanding pedestrian paths, installing a pontoon pier, and improving the surrounding environment. The total investment for the project exceeded 140,000 euros, with the municipality contributing 78,000 euros.

As part of the initiative, SBA Home teams created unique, handmade benches for the park. Additionally, a ‘Window into Production’ was opened, allowing passersby to observe the furniture manufacturing processes at the nearby factory.
