Klaus-Michael Kühne dies, leaving multi-billion euro fortune to foundation
Klaus-Michael Kühne, the logistics magnate and former wealthiest person in Germany, has died at the age of 89 in Schindellegi, Switzerland. Having no direct heirs, Kühne had pre-arranged for his estimated fortune of 42 to 49 billion euros to pass to the Kühne Foundation.
