Klaviyo reports 26% revenue growth and $1.5B revenue run rate

Klaviyo reported second-quarter revenue of $370.6 million, a 26% increase from the previous year. The marketing automation and CRM software provider has reached an annualized revenue run rate of approximately $1.5 billion and currently serves over 205,000 brands.

Growth was driven by enterprise sales, international markets, text messaging, and multi-product adoption. During the quarter, the company signed its largest contract to date, an eight-figure, two-year agreement with a fast-growing e-commerce brand and TikTok Shop seller. Klaviyo also highlighted the expansion of its AI-driven capabilities, specifically its 'Composer' AI agent and 'Customer Agent' product. Bialecki noted that 27% of mid-market and enterprise customers are using Composer, and the percentage of AI-generated campaigns used by customers rose to 46%.

Following the quarterly performance, Klaviyo raised its full-year revenue outlook for 2026 to a range between $1.526 billion and $1.534 billion. However, the company lowered its full-year non-GAAP operating income forecast to between $212 million and $218 million, citing investments in products and costs related to the acquisition of Agency.
