KLH Hyderabad launches Agentic AI Campus with HCL

KLH Hyderabad has launched an Agentic AI Campus initiative in collaboration with HCL Group AI Labs. The partnership, formalized through a memorandum of understanding, aims to integrate artificial intelligence into student learning, practical projects, and industry engagement.

Described as India’s first Agentic AI Campus, the initiative focuses on helping students across various disciplines understand, develop, and apply intelligent technologies. The curriculum will emphasize hands-on learning, where students use AI to investigate problems, test ideas, and develop solutions for industry and society. Projects will include business automation, data-driven services, and AI applications.

Agentic AI refers to systems capable of planning and executing multiple tasks toward a defined goal with human oversight. Students will also be trained to evaluate the accuracy, reliability, and practical value of the systems they create. The program was inaugurated at the KLH Bachupally campus by Deepak Sarvanan, National Head of HCL Group AI Labs.
